This interdisciplinary volume discusses women’s leadership, representation in parliament, women’s rights, cultural barriers, and democratization process. Gender inequality remains one of the most important questions and a major barrier to human development.
This interdisciplinary edited collection Women in Politics: An International Perspective (under contract with Cambridge Scholars Publishing) focuses on women’s political participation and activities. The concept of intersectionality is crucial for this work as an important analytic and methodological tool.
This study contributes to political science, women’s studies, feminist philosophy, and history. Please send your proposals and your CV to Dr. Elena Shabliy email@example.com by March 31.
